SnowFest Innsbruck (AUT) 2023 - Teaser
The snow & winter season is about to start, so it's the perfect time for the second edition of the SnowFest in Innsbruck (AUT), inviting some of the best freeskiers and snowboarders to Innsbruck, from November 24th to 26th. Held right in the heart of the city in front of the Tiroler Landestheater, snowboarders will compete in the Rock A Rail contest, while freeskiers will get creative in the DownTown StreetSki competition. The centrepiece of it all, the snow ramp, is a 37m long, 17m wide and over 10m high structure with a unique urban setup. The biggest names lining up for this weekend will be Germany's Annika Morgan, who competed in the women's snowboard slopestyle event at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Laura Wallner (AUT), also a participant in the 2022 Olympics and Switzerland's Sarah Höfflin, the slopestyle Olympic gold medalist in 2018 will aim for victory in the centre of Innsbruck. In addition, Chris McCormick from the UK and Norway’s Ferdinand Dahl are the favourites for the win in the men’s freeski contest.
